It was ok would be on my list to stay there again when I return to Michigan

There is absolutely no where for you to park cause they allow people who are catching flights to park in their parking lot… I was told I had to park across the street and call for the shuttle to pick me up and bring me to hotel but I paid for room so I should of had a parking space at hotel no across the street, which wasn’t a close walk . Breakfast was dry and terrible who serves frozen vegetables steamed for breakfast. Boiled eggs wasn’t cooked all the way. Ants were crawling in bathroom. I checked in Friday didn’t receive parking pad til Saturday evening and my vehicle could have been towed away without. I paid 180.00 for two nights thru Booking app with reservations my lil brother paid 130.00 for two nights and no reservations

The front desk guy was very rude.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night because we had an early flight to Korea the next morning. We arrived around 11:00 PM and had made our reservation through Booking. The shuttle service and breakfast were included in the price. We paid $97.00 (if I’m not mistaken). The breakfast was very limited basically coffee and waffles and aotmeal, However, the main issue was that in the morning, before leaving for the airport, we went to get coffee and the front desk clerk charged us $24.00. I told her that breakfast was included in our reservation, and I showed her the confirmation. She still said it was not included. We went back to our room and called Booking. They contacted the hotel, and we were told they were waiting for the manager to return our money. That never happened. I called both Booking and the hotel again, and nothing was resolved. They never refunded the $24.00. I’m writing this review so other people can be aware. Please double-check everything before paying, even if your reservation clearly says breakfast is included.

Terrible heating in public areas: hallways, restaurant, lobby, bar. It was freezing everywhere, outside on the room. Even employees were working with winter coats on. Totally unacceptable.

They gave away my room even though the reservation was confirmed.

We stayed at hotel February 2 as we had an early flight and hotel offered parking deal. I try and be fair but this is a hotel I would never stay at again. Our room was old and dirty , grubby feeling. The curtains would not close all the way and were stained. There was no warm water to shower in and some , maintenance person came to investigate, turned on sink and shower then left for a few minutes and came back then left shower running and never came back. Called front desk and asked if he was coming back and he said we complained because it’s not hot enough, we would haven settled for Luke warm. What person leaves water running and door open and never comes back. Asked to change rooms and front desk said they had no authority, just a middle man. I said while working he’s the face of the company but that went nowhere. Anyway the shuttle drivers were excellent there and back. The hotel blows but live and learn.
