Staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and happy to wait on us.

They went step by step on using their long term parking which we didn’t know they offered until we arrived. We ate at your Tia restaurant . 5 stars for food And 5 for service.

Location & staff

The intense smell of cleaning products. The floors were in bad shape in halls & room. Coffee was watered down, eggs were bad, sausage Pattie’s were dried and curling.

"Poor management"

Shuttle left 10 of us waiting for 1.25 hrs, after multiple calls to them. Clarion locked (tire lock) my car in their lot. (I had already paid in full and notified them of airline delay.). This suggests POOR management! Other travels said they had the same problem with Clarion shuttle in the past. No need to go with Clarion again.
