Perfect location, in the center of Gran Tarajal. The apartments are large and comfortable. The kitchen has all equipments what you need. We definitely recommend for Families and groups.

Excellent location in a small town, different in a positive way from the hotel behemoths that abound in Lanzarote. Very clean apartments in the very center of the town, with all the amenities that come with it, but providing a sufficient level of isolation from the outside noise and smell, despite the three restaurants below. Excellently equipped. At the same time, located practically on the beach - all you had to do was cross a small, charming, tree-lined square.

In one of the apartments in the living room, a wobbly, round table with minor damage to the top spoiled a bit the overall, great impression. Although the payment included 50 euros for cleaning, we were instructed to take the garbage out ourselves directly to the waste disposal plant or pay another 50 euros. Luckily, the indicated containers were nearby, like everything else in this town, 2-3 blocks away.

Location was perfect, cleanliness and space of apartment was great, comfy beds, good facilities, warm decor. Storage in apartment is fantastic, parking relatively easy

Wooden areas smelt like stale cigarette smoke e.g front door. It’s no smoking apartment but must have been smoking in the past. 2 loud nights due to location but you should expect that. Host forgot to leave cot and highchair for our baby on our first night and did not rectify this until morning. Mistakes happen but this was not ideal, host did apologise. Could do with a new dining table, it’s old and wobbly. The shower pressure isn’t great and runs out of hot water quickly

Although it was no smoking the 1st floor some one smoked.

Comfortable spacious apartment in the centre of town. Very nice to have a bottle of wine left for us thanks! There was a small amount of street parking by the apartment or a free large car park around the corner the host gave us very good instructions how to find places to park. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away and there were restaurants and cafes below the apartment though the apartment was still quiet. Roof terrace with sea view (shared but with allocated space for each apartment) was nice. There were tables and chairs up there so you could eat up there (3 flights of stairs). Town had a nice feel, not touristy, they were setting up for a clown festival which looked like good fun, and only 20 mins drive to the beach resorts further south.

There was confusion about the Wi-Fi, the welcome pack had the wrong wifi information so we connected to the wrong network at first which was very slow, but it was a bit better once we connected to the right network.

Great flat in great location on the beach. The host contacted me ahead of arrival and it was very easy to check in. The flat itself is very amenable and had everything we needed - spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and a child. The town is lovely - so Spanish and doesn't feel like the tourist resorts of the north. The beach is beautiful and the next beach is great too - plus the Oasis wildlife park is nearby which is great for families.

The weekend we were there was the Tran Tran festival which was great but very noisy as the flat is on the plaza. It finished at 11pm but could be bothersome if you don't sleep well...

The apartment was perfect for a couple wanting a few days break. It was well equipped and comfortable, and ideally situated. 5 minutes walk to the beach and places to eat and drink.

The duvet! It didn't cover the mattress. We were lucky with the weather and weren't cold, but if the weather had been different, we wouldn't have been happy!!!
