When you enter the room at first it seems normal and in order, but then you start to notice the negative things. The bathroom is old, with rust, lime and dirt, and it smells very bad, of sewer. Sometimes the smell reaches the room. In addition, we were without water and electricity for 3 hours. The worst thing was that the first morning after sleeping, I woke up full of bites. I thought it would be mosquitoes but I used repellent. And the two days later, the same, more bites. It turns out that there are bedbugs on the bed, horrible! Full of bites and the bed with stains from the bedbugs that are crushed. I saw more reviews, unfortunately late, from more people who had the same experience. A shame! Another thing is that they have written to leave the towel on the floor so they can replace it. I left it and they passed to clean. When I arrived it was still there, on the floor. They made the bed, swept something but the towel was still there and without a new one. In addition, if you use coffee they don’t replace it, as well as the toilet paper, you have to go and ask for it. Another negative point is that the walls look like paper, you hear all the noises of the guests next door and from the street. Considering that there is already noise at 5 in the morning, it is a big problem to sleep. Very bad quality price, since for that price there are surely much better places, but the photos of the hotel are deceiving. In addition, the employees are at the reception smoking and taking snaps on a mattress. They don’t give a very good image, or at least they could do it a little more covertly. In short, we wouldn’t come back here, especially because of the bedbugs. I take more than 40 bedbug bites as a souvenir :)
