Bon séjour, accueil parfait, restaurant très accueillant et de très bonne qualité, Spa très complet (manque les instructions pour optimiser, sanitaire à nettoyer régulièrement) soins vraiment très diversifiés,hôtel très confortable (revoir nettoyage des chambres en l'absence des occupants) tarifs parking excessif

Chambre très petite pour 3 personnes. Lit de camp pour les enfants qui ne tient pas le choc... Salle de petit déjeuner réduite et buffet qui n'est pas rempli régulièrement Bref moyen pour un 4 étoiles.

"Bien dans l’ensemble mais quelques bémols."

Accueil sympathique. Chambre agréable avec une excellente literie et un petit balcon avec vue sur la plage d’Hendaye. Bon petit déjeuner mais prix trop élevé (22€ / personne ! ) c’est plus qu’un mercure ou un Sofitel. Parking sous terrain prohibitif (28€ par jour !) une honte !! Spa marin spacieux et très agréable. Bons équipements. Infrastructures malgré tout un peu vieillissante qui mériterait une rénovation.

"Bel hôtel mais service client déplorable !"

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour le spa et sa qualité de service mais à notre arrivée le réceptionniste nous annonce que la totalité du spa est ferme exceptionnellement à cause d’un problème technique… aucune compensation proposée, nous avons demandé un geste mais il a fallu attendre le lendemain pour parler au gérant de l’hôtel qui nous a simplement offert les petits déjeuners express, après avoir de nouveau insisté sur un dédommagement. 8€ offert c’est maigre comparé à notre déception et à l’absence de spa… dommage, une entrée au spa offerte nous aurait donné envie d’y retourner, mais ce ne sera pas le cas !

Hotel super bien situé en face de la mer. thalasso au top ! Nous avions pris une Suite, le mobilier était un peu vieux qui pourrait être renouvelé au vue des prix des chambres. Je recommande tt de meme

"Awesome view from balcony"

Excelent Service. We arrived somewhat late but they opened their bar for a night cap. The breakfast buffet was variedad and plentifuk. Windows were Double / tripled paned. Very quiet.
