Bel hôtel, bien situé, l'accès au SPA est un véritable plus, le restaurant est très agréable, et le personnel très accueillant. La décoration générale manque de charme, et les chambres bien que spacieuses pas très chaleureuses... La vue sur la ville est à éviter !

"A fuir"

Premier séjour en amoureux depuis 8 ans, réservé une suite par hotel.com, photo vue duplex, vue sur la mer chambre fantastique: arrivé sur place : chambre de 20m2 vu sur tuyaux... c’est une arnaque. Les photos sur hotels.com ne correspondent en rien à la réalité. Cela devait être modifié sur hotels.com - mais ce n’est pas le cas - Attention !!! Service du petit déjeuné horrible: Petit déjeuné servi à table - on doit entourer notre sélection - le serveur nous a à peine adressé la parole. Pour le spa, On nous fourni un badge à l’arrivé mais ils doit être activé à la réception du spa (ou on nous fourni nos peignoires) et on doit remonter en chambre pour se changer: on a perdu 1h a faire ces manipulations. Rien n’est fait pour simplifier la vie lors du séjour et limiter les contacts pour respecter les gestes barrières. Chambre: à rafraîchir, serviette rêche...loin d’un 4 étoiles Pour finir, Piqûre d’araignée Au réveil : il y avait des araignées dans notre chambre. On a quitté l’hotel prématurément. Seul aspect positif, l’hôtel a accepté de ne pas nous charger la seconde nuit. Je n’y retournerai jamais. A fuir.

L'hôtel Serge Blanco est bien situé à Hendaye, face à la plage. Nous avons bien profité des bassins extérieurs pour une agréable détente avec personnel accueillant et serviable !

"grand confort, calme et propreté"

Avec une chambre donnant sur la mer, nous avons apprécié de profiter du confort de l'hôtel et du paysage reposant. Nous avons profité de la piscine. Nous avons regretté qu'en réservant 4 nuits par hotels.com, on ne nous ait pas proposé un prix de demi-pension. De plus il y a un flou sur les tarifs des repas. Idem concernant les soins thalasso. Pas d'info accessible hors internet, et encore, sans les prix. Du coup on ne s'est pas lancé dans les soins et massages.
