Lovely area and nice and clean.

No ironing board. Full length mirror and creaky floors ( bk bedroom and bathroom)

The house was very clean and had 3 good sized rooms. The kitchen was fully kitted with all that you needed. There was fresh clean bedding and towels in every room. Car parking right outside the property with easy access. It was very quiet and peaceful. All major shops and supermarkets were about 6 minutes by car. Loads of food places nearby. Skegness was about a 30 minute drive away straight up 1 Road. Easy drive. Overall we really enjoyed our time here. We stayed 3 nights.

The lights outside were always on after dark. Wish there was a way to turn them off. Lots of spiders and creepy crawlies near the front door lol.

Good quiet location easy to get around Could do with some sort of garden furniture and pegs for hanging out clothes.

Creaky upstairs floors Shower mat would have been useful

Property had all of the basics needed for a short stay. Located close to amenities.

Would've suited us better if there was a high chair available. Decor is a bit tired.

Property is in need of a thorough clean throughout - lots of grubby marks on walls and doors. Flaking laminate on kitchen units really needs replacing - we hardly dare touch them in case it chipped off. Floors upstairs were very creaky, especially the bathroom - we wonder if there has been a leak which has damaged the boards and possibly the joists. It didn’t feel safe walking on it. Walking across the back bedroom floor caused the wardrobe to rattle.

House could do with fresh coat of paint.

Good central location for us. we were visiting family close by. House is a good size, beds were comfy enough for us and plenty of spare pillows and towels. Kitchen had the essentials, except a cork screw. There is one parking space and you must use the permit provided. Okay for us as we only had one car, but worth noting if you'll have more then one vehicle.

The house itself could do with a freshen up. The decor is tired and old, peeling laminate in the kitchen, holes in the flooring, broken bath panel. One of the stairs near the top felt like you were walking on cardboard, very flimsy, and the back bedroom and hallway by bathroom's flooring was very noisy! trying to keep quiet going to bed was impossible. There was no corkscrew in the kitchen, luckily for us, the neighbour had one we could borrow!
