I love the room, didn't get to stay there, desk clerk threw me out w made up lies, n called the police! I still haven't received my dogs fee 15 charged to include her. Your clerk guy is a menace to good people. Judgemental, hateful, abusive, and self righteous. 8 did nothing wrong, just wanted to bathe, wah my items in peace. Never even got to enter the bathroom, before I was escorted by dutiful police, thinking they were providing a service. I will NEVER go there again, and give bad press every chance I get for my mistreatment!

Your man in charge! Arrogant condescending, judgemental, made up lies about I had charge backs, I did not! He's in POWER, n hurt me emotionally!

Decent breakfast setup considering it was a budget hotel.

Toilet was backing up from the very first flush. Tub was cracking and discolored. The bed next to the window was severely tilted (mattress springs??). Very musty smelling.

The breakfast was horrible. When we got there for breakfast around 8:15am, there were no waffles, no muffins. The only they had was cereal.

When we got into the room, there were no toilet papers, no soap, no shampoo, the heater and air conditioner were not working. The room is dirty and there was no hair dryer.

Roaches in the room Homeless people living and working on car in the parking lot. Staff was friendly.
