"Stay away from the Sutter Inn."

I arrived at 11 pm. Between 1 am and 4 am, I called the front three times, because the person above me was stomping the floor, banging the walls, and running tub water for forever. It was insane! The second, the clerk actually took phone with her to tell the individual to quiet down. After this, he turned on the bath water and allowed it to run for 10+ minutes, again at, 4 am. The sink had a slow drain, so there was a dirt ring around sink, and before leaving, a roach came under the door That worst experience EVER at a hotel/motel. Yes, a roach!
