"No chance to correct just kicked out"

It was good until the last night I was there.Had service dog and because of service dog not making it to the grass n only made it to pavement to go the bathroom.They kicked me n my family out of the hotel.So what started good turned south real fast.left me n my family out of being able to correct issue and stay we had to stay in my vehicle for the remainder of the trip.

That I wasnt given a chance to clean up after my service animal before they booted my family and I out of the hotel leaving us to have to stay in our vehicle for the remainder of our trip

The staff was terrific, very accommodating. I was very comfortable. I'm very appreciative of the hospitality.

The only thing I disliked was the fact that they didn't have washers and dryers for guests.

"Needs work"

The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked and the TV worked after the front desk came and adjusted the channels.

The toilet wasn't cleaned, there was a dirty towel left on the curtain rod and no towels. No coffee maker, iron or phone. No cups. And a few bugs

"Horrible didnt stay and got charged for it"

I liked nothing

When checked in. as soon as I got to room there was an odor. My husband started looking at the bed and there was alot of stains. As he was doing that I looked over a night stand and there was a cockroach on the alarm clock. After onlyb15 minutes being there my husband went to front desk and asked for our money back. He said it would be back on my card but he marked us as a no show and they charged us the 68 dollars.
