"We didn’t stay"

It was right across the street from a Hilton which is where we ended up staying.

The room smelled of smoke which we could not stay because of my son’s sensitivity to smell.

"AWEFUL"

Absolute worse place to go on vacation, especially if you're black/brown. This hotel was comparable to the BATES motel. Only one person for front desk clerk, bellman, maintenance & housekeeping. No phone or alarm clock in room. The door was broken, some light switches were broken. The headboard looked like a dog chewed on it. And the refrigerator froze my food. The internet price was $30 less than they charged me & Im a VETERAN, so that was with my military discount. Stayed 4 nights & that was too long. Tried to upload photos, but there's no 5g in this town😒

Holes in the Jacuzzi covered with white tape. No iron Small Parking spaces, which allowed someone to hit my vehicle in the parking lot.

Nothing . Only good thing was I only had to stay one night.

It was dirty , run down, no breakfast even tho they said there was breakfast not even coffee.

The staff at least tried to help by giving us a second room and they gave no issue when we told them we didn't want to stay and want our money back.

Both the rooms we got smelled highly of cigarettes and there was roaches in both rooms. One on the bottom floor was disgusting. Head boards covered in nasty stuff (who knows what) and there was multiple roaches, babies and adults, in the room. Second room upstairs, again cigarette smell and roaches.

The furniture in our room was very worn out and needs to be replaced. There were bugs in our room. In the dresser and elsewhere.
