I never stayed there. Friends were staying in ushlanga so I booked alternative accommodation.
Housekeeping and breakfast services were done great care and thoroughness. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was a very relaxing environment.
Room 3 - with the bath did not have a shower and the room was smaller and a bit older than expected (or as seen from the pictures). There's a bit of a damp smell. We could hear noise from the streets and other rooms but luckily most guests were quiet. The location is great if you wanted to hang around Florida road or South Beach. Having internal parking was great, I didn't have to worry about my car. The manager/owner was great to deal with. He was friendly. No issues checking in and out. In fact he was ready when we arrived early at around 12pm.

We stayed in a room alongside a communal lounge/patio. Both nights there was loud partying going on until the early hours despite a policy of no noise after 8pm. Management made little effort to intervene. On checking out they apologised and offered to refund my stay. I have not received the refund.
