Quality Inn & Suites Pueblo West

Everything is nice but arrived and our room was hot!

Great place to stay with kids. Be aware the pool goes from 4ft to 5’6”, there is no shallow end for little kids. Still a nice small pool though.

Already did

Upon arrival hotel staff said they had no reservation. They had no supervisory staff available to resolve the confusion. I communicated with hotels.com immediately, and they simply deferred to the hotel and charged my credit card for a room reservation the hotel claimed they didn't have. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I'd never do business with hotels.com or this hotel again.

Overbooked King Rooms so had to take 2 Double beds, room smelled like body odor, there is no elevator and room was on the 2nd floor which was up a flight of about 14 stairs (straight up), whirlpool was down, for breakfast they ran out of hot food and didn't replenish, no fruit/no muffins, basically cold cereal, bagels, and yogurt. This place has gone downhill over the past 2 or 3 years.

The room was clean and cozy, breakfast was good, management and staff, kind and courteous. Swimming pool and hot tub, clean and open. My only knock was a lack of elevator.

This has always been our go-to place to stay when visiting our family in Pueblo but it truly needs some TLC!!!!! We will be looking for another place to stay going forward.

This was where we always stayed while visiting our family in Pueblo but it is no longer our go-to location after this visit. We will be look for a new location going forward. This hotel seems to no longer pay attention to the small details, such as cleanliness.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, it was a clean and safe location. We would stay here again. We did not eat breakfast as we had plans with family. It is an older hotel, but definitely worth the stay.
