Comfort Suites Jacksonville Airport

The property was run down, had tons of areas that looked like they were attempting to renovate but stopped. The rooms smelled, and the breakfast had almost nothing. I don’t feel like the price I paid was worth what I paid for. With that said, it served its purpose.

It’s always a great stay . Kind staff and helpful. Worth every penny

It was close to where my daughter lives and restaurants and shopping. Close to the Jacksonville Zoo. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful in fixing a door latch that was missing.

One of the beds didn't have a bed frame so the box springs and mattress were on the floor. The security lock was missing part of the lock. The maintenance guy fixed it the next day.

I liked that my husband and I were able to check in a little earlier. However, upon entering our room it had a very musty smoky smell, mind you we had booked a smoke free room. Our bed was uncomfortable, did not get a good nights rest. The breakfast was nothing to talk about. Don’t waist your money!

We were going on a cruise out of Jacksonville, so we booked here because of their package - Park & Cruise Hotel Stay, park and cruise thanks to this offer including "complimentary transport to the airport and cruise terminal". This is NOT TRUE. You have to arrange a shuttle with an outside company that charges $10 person 1-way. The hotel is also very musky smelling. We needed to use the sofa bed in our room and we had to go request bedding. We received a scratchy blanket and one sheet only. We were told to use pillows from the other beds. The phones in the room did not work. I did not leave my car at this location either, I didn't feel safe doing so. We decided to park at the port. It is reasonably priced.

LOCATION WAS WHERE I NEEDED TO BE

THE ROOM HAD A SMELL TO IT DUE TO I NEEDED A PET ROOM DUE TO TRAVLING WITH MY CLEAN DOGS. THE CARPET HAD PREVIOUS PET STAINS ON IT SMELLED I HAD TO GO BUY CANDELS FOR ROOM. I HAD TO GO BUY SHEETS TO SLEEP ON. WITH BEING A HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND TIME CRUNCH AND ACTUALLY NOT BEING IN ROOM LONG JUST TO SLEEP I DID NOT CHANGE HOTELS NO TIME TO DO SO.
