"Spring Break"

Just spent one night here due to an early flight. Very convenient for car rental drop off and getting on airplane. Had several nice food option nearby.

It wasn't a bad experience but they called me about an hour before check in to tell me they over booked the hotel, lucky only one of our rooms had to be changed and still fit all of us. But with that, it had to be smoking rooms and we aren't smokers.

"Filthy dirty "

This hotel was horrible. The paint was falling off the wall, the wallpaper was falling off too. The pull out sofa was old stinky and we had no linen for it. They left one shampoo one conditioner and one soap for 4 people.

This hotel is non-smoking; however, cigarette smoke on floor 3 where my room was had many guests up and down the hallway smoking cigarettes. The smoke was so unbearable that I left the next day. Comfort Suites Jacksonville Airport should enforce non smoking--terrible night.
