The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was nice and quiet as well. The only room for improvement to note the towels were not soft.

Kiersten and Jacob were very friendly and great at check in! It was super clean, beautiful decor and safe/quiet location. The free breakfast was really good in the morning, plenty of options to choose from, well stocked and kept clean by working staff. We were the last family eating breakfast and she even asked if there was anything else we wanted before closing up at 10am, so polite!

The hotel property isn’t very accommodating. I just called the front desk about the noise from the upstairs room. It is 10:32 PM and I have been up since 4:00 AM driving. You can hear every heel striking footstep from above and complete conversations through the bathroom vent. I just heard a teenage female child yelling to someone that they just flushed the toilet. I booked the rooms through Bonvoy’s website and then I followed up with a call to the property directly. I asked for adjoining or side by side rooms as I was traveling with my Special Needs niece. They wanted to put her in an Accessible room, and I said that she was Special Needs not handicapped. I also asked for a top floor room as I was a light sleeper. Adjoining wasn’t as necessary as side by side, and top floor was more of a priority. Apparently the hotel staff hear, but don’t listen. When I was checking in I was put on the second floor. Her room is adjoining and fully Accessible. I was told that if we were disturbed at all to call the front desk and let them know so that they could handle it. If I was being disturbed it would be too little too late and that is exactly what I said. Now that I have been woken up and had to call the front desk it completely defeats the purpose of getting a good night’s sleep. This is ridiculous and I wouldn’t stay here again. If you want to have any decent rest go somewhere else. You will just be disappointed. I can’t believe the I have to get up and drive another 10 hours after a crappy night’s rest. It is 10:50 and I just heard someone knocking on the room door above us.
