Everything was perfect about our stay. We had our whole baseball family and the staff was super friendly and accommodating when we all had to book an additional night.

"Our stay was to support family in hospital in New Albany & Louisville."

The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. We were there to rest, shower, and eat. We were supporting daughter-in-law in New Albany hospital and newborn granddaughter in NICU in Louisville Children's Hospital. We weren't there to see sights or swim. It was quiet and allowed us to recharge our batteries after long days in hospital.

"Bed Bugs in Room 104."

Stayed in Room 104 one night. Got up at 2 am itching. Noticed blood when scratching. Thought I scratched too hard. When we got out of bed, noticed blood spots on sheets at foot of bed where we had our feet. Must have had 50 spots of blood. Went to check mattress because I had read you could check mattress. Mattress was in a zippered bag and zipper was zip tied and locked!!! I wonder that they knew!!! No matter. It was bed bugs. We informed staff.
