Everything. Very cozy little hotel outside the city. The host and employees are extremely kind and helpful. We had a nice stay.

Great place to relax and enjoy the stay. The staff was very friendly.

The room (Nov) was spacious and quiet. We just saw three nicest people working here and they’ve been very helpful with recommendations or booking for tours. I highly recommend the breakfast which was 100,000 pp, loved the Pho, selection of the fruits and orange and passion fruit juice. The swimming pool was nice to dip in. It was just about 10 mins away on the grab car to the old town ( costs usually around 50,000). Such a perfect spot for our honeymoon!

The property is very artfully furnished with local art pieces making it feel like a home and not a hotel. It is a comfy bike ride to Hoi An centre as well as to the beach with the free bikes on offer. Its small size was perfect - it was very secluded and peaceful . The pool though small was really good-The size fit the number of rooms at the hotel. I miss the hammock immensely 😅 Phuong was a great host and breakfast was exceptional - everything freshly made on order. Options not on the menu could be arranged at request. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if we could.

Nothing :) A suggestion: More sun loungers could be set up at the pool with the use of plants as privacy screens.

Really loved our stay. It was flawless. The breakfast was also really good, room was clean but the best part of the stay was PHOUNG. She took care of us so well. She was kind and full of warmth. Phoung is a gem ❤️ I highly recommend the stay (Especially for Phoung)

The hotel is in a remote area so it provided some peace from the busy city. The staff was great and very pleasant. Let us check-in 1 hour earlier. Which was very kind. Breakfast was also amazing and tailored to your orders which you had to make the day before. We loved fresh juice and fruits every morning. The beds were very comfortable. The garden was very cozy. Very strong 9/10

We got a room with a view to the wall, unfortunately. Also the water was not going down in the shower and the sink was leaking some water on the floor. The shower was fixed after we made aware of the problem the same day, though. The location was more so you have to rely on Grab to get to the oldtown.

Very nice and quirky little Boutique Accomodation in a quiet residential area. Staff organised a good and very reasonably priced massage:)

Beds were rather uncomfortable. And there is Lots of karaoke noise in the evenings. But does stop at 10pm sharp every night!!

This place is perfect! This is my fourth time to Hoi An and usually stay in larger hotels. We opted this time to stay in a different area and was not disappointed. It was tucked away but close to lots of restaurants and bars, and an authentic Vietnamese market. There was a beautiful deck on the river just off from the pool area, perfect at any time of day and kitted out with chairs, loungers and beanbags. The pool area too was delightful and the ambience was very pleasant indeed, gorgeous for breakfast or for having a drink and playing cards. I was a particularly big fan of the hammock. We stayed in the one bed apartment and it was beyond our expectations! Comfortable and so beautifully decorated. By far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in Hoi An and for a very good price too. Giang, the manager / owner was so helpful but not imposing. We went out for an early morning bike ride where I learnt a lot and saw parts of Hoi An I hadn’t seen before, a treasured memory from this trip for sure. Breakfast was nice, with an option of different egg dishes, continental, and Vietnamese dishes of which I tried several. All tasty! We took breakfast in the bedroom too which was a nice treat. The way this place has been styled and curated is something else. Giang is a keen artist and photographer and not only can you see his very impressive art, it shows in the styling of the boutique throughout. We really hope to be back, and for longer than three nights because we loved everything about it.
