Beautiful spacious room, quiet, clean, comfortable. Streaming services - u can log into your YouTube (or Netflix) account. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke good English. I had a very relaxing 6 nights here and would highly recommend it.

Minor details like no hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom, full size mirror, nowhere to hang wet bathing suits at the balcony. Small details that easily can be improved.

When we arrived at the hotel we thought the location was a bit out of the way - but the next day we discovered that we could cycle into Hoi Ann on the free bikes that Hotel had - We could not have been welcomed more into this Hotel - when we arrived we were greated by the Hotel Manager and he asked would we like him to show us a nice restaurant in the town for dinner - he cycled and we got a taxi and met him in the town - he showed us a fab restaurant - a lovely first night - the next morning he met us early and we cycled with him through the Paddy fields and to local coffee shops and to the coconut boats - then back into Hoi ann for lunch - and showed us around the town - shops - tailor shops etc - recommended an amazing cookery course - and all as part of the welcome package - would definitely be back -

G Boutique Resort is an incredible property for accommodation, day tours, and more. The staff are impeccable and cannot assist you enough. I would highly recommend singles, partners and familys to stay at this property and you will not be disappointed. Hope to return again soon.

Unique interior, nature vibes and helpful host

What a fabulous experience. The manager at the front desk (Suong) was extremely helpful and kind. She can organize any form of transportation for you, organize a tour, make recommendations for shopping and dining. She even arranged to have our laundry done while there and sitting on top of the package when it was returned was my wedding ring, which I forgot in the pocket of one of my pants! Incredible experience. I will be back!

Small and nice boutique hotel on the peaceful and picturesque river bank. We got the warmest hospitality in this hotel during our 3 week long trip in Vietnam. The lady at the reception is really kind, attentive and she speaks great English. If I could I would rate the hotel 11/10 just because of her professionalism. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. On one of our days we were on an early morning tour and missed the regular breakfast time, but the ladies prepared for us a late breakfast which was really nice. They even packed some snacks for us to the way to the airport and we were very grateful for that. Although the location from Hoi An old city is a bit further away, the available bikes are great and with a 15 minute cycling we could reach everything easily.

The only thing I could mention is that the hot water in the shower is a bit unpredictable. Sometimes it was hot, sometimes we had to wait a couple of minutes, but it also happened that it stayed cold.

Everyone was super friendly and attentive. We loved the breakfast and the option to get it served to our room. The room itself was spacious and got cleaned daily. Big plus: free bike rental.
