Nothing worked, nothing maintained. It was dirty. Elevators inoperable. I’m a disabled veteran and asked for first floor and told I couldn’t have one. Phone didn’t work so couldn’t call the desk. . No remote for the TV. Towels were rough and not fresh. Everything was dated.

The stay was uncomfortable and I stay only one night. I checked out Saturday morning between 8 and 8:30am.

My daughter, her friend, and I made it to hotel on Saturday (5/2/26) evening at around 4pm. We immediately went check our rooms. In my daughter’s room none of the lamps worked so her and her friend had to switch to another room. First of all I was lied to when I made reservations, I was told the two rooms could be side by side. My room was on the first floor and my daughter’s room was on the second floor. Two of my lamps didn’t work in my room but I didn’t feel like moving to another room so I just dealt with it. She couldn’t play her PlayStation 5 because there was no signal on the tv. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. The hotel phones didn’t work in either of our rooms. The hotel WiFi wouldn’t connect to our phones. In order to get fresh towels we had to walk to the front desk and return the used towels. The rooms had a weird smell, good thing I had my own cleaning supplies. It was awful and I have no plans to go back. The only good thing about the stay was the rooms prices, they were affordable. The website needs to be updated there is no early check-in or late check-out.

The jacuzzi tub on short notice for a good price.

The bathroom door did not shut at all, tv didn’t work at all. Breakfast was meh but included.

How close it was to everything

It was nasty, there was a distinct smell, towels had stains on them, my shower head was broke and sprayed water everywhere the pool had stuff floating in it
