Quality Inn Jacksonville near I-72

The bed was good and comfy

The carpet needs cleaning and it's a bad smell in the hotel it made me sick an I was there for 4 days no housekeeper came to clean my room at all

Bed was comfortable ,room was clean

Breakfast choices needed sausage, or bacon with some eggs would be nice. Didn’t say any bananas. Apples were really small.

Things are not maintaining or repairing like bathrooms door locks not changing, wall things etc

Quiet, nice clean room.

My shower was cold

Location was excellent and the price was reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was okay if you like waffles, sweet rolls, and sugared cereal. I've had better at other Quality Inns.

Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Dirty, used and unchanged bedding. Feces left on seat of toilet. Bedbugs burrowed into the seams of the mattress, that we uncovered after pulling the dirty bedding off. Bedbugs burrowed into carpet that came to the surface after walking across the room. The room that we had was more than unacceptable. Bathroom sink, toilet, counter and shower looked as if they had not been cleaned prior to us entering the room. Very visible makeup residue and other staining on pieces of the bedding on both of the beds. This was overall a horrible experience and we ended up having to get a different room elsewhere. There was nothing offered to us as far as changing rooms, just that if we decided to leave, she “guesses” she will just refund the money for the room. Having to find another location to stay overnight at almost 8pm on a Saturday night interrupted our entire trip and cost us to lose time doing what we had planned. Horrible horrible experience.

The staff was friendly. That's about it.

There were repairs in the room that weren't finished. Holes in the wall where pictures used to hang. The toilet was so small a smurf would have a hard time. The water in the shower never got hot. Most of the channels on the TV didn't work. There were cigarette burn marks all over the carpet. There was an awful smell in the hallway and our room smelled like body odor. I will NEVER stay here again.
