Quality Inn & Suites Sellersburg - Louisville Area

Breakfast was cold. Bathroom in the room had a strange smell. The latch on room door was broke. The staff was nice though.

Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor. I was greeted and received a room close to the lobby. Couple of complaints I have. Are the eggs that had too much water in them. I was not aware until I got there that I would be charged a hundred dollar security deposit. I'm okay with that. However, I believe that should have been provided prior to my arrival after driving two and a half hours.

$100 incidental fee and it’s not even a luxurious hotel, this roach Motel want to try to charge you $100 for incidentals. I can understand that coming from a 4 or a 5 star hotel not this hotel.. soon as you pull up the propeller on the front is smashed to pieces and it doesn’t even look like any construction being done to get it fixed. What if it falls on someone walking under it.. on top of that, it smelled really bad like bad mold like there’s probably hidden mold up in the vents.. worst place to stay at.. take my bike run to the next hotel. Do not stay here. The hotel does not look anything like the website pictures at all

Not bad, not great. Was a decent inexpensive place to spend the night. some mechanical issues with the heater in the room, wouldnt turn off. Overall pretty much as expected.

Room was acceptable.

Check in staff was very mean and difficult. She thought she owned the place. Maybe she does, but most people won't be back. I won't. NOT customer friendly.!!!!!!!

the location was good

poor upkeep, room was outdated, plugs in lamp were loose and would pull out! pool was closed! Nothing special here.
