Comfort Suites Richmond

The hotel was very clean, the desk attendant was delightful, and room was comfortable.

Even thought I like the location, the traffic was super loud through the night, especially the semi trucks.

Bit dated/worn down.

The bathroom door was hard to open and close and was very loud. The floor we stayed on was clean however you could smell a strong odor of marijuana our entire stay. Overall though we were please with it

It appeared recently remodeled, checkin was quick and friendly, room was great, very comfortable bedding. The breakfast was adequate and area clean with lots os seating, would like to see eggs and meat added, waffles were very good. Only room concern was shower curtain kept coming out because hung so high; but shower was great pressure, no fan in bathroom either so really steamy. I would stay again without a doubt, we had a king suite, highly recommend.

Nasty hotel old worn out. A didn't work. Room had ceiling matter falling down.

The property was adequate. Breakfast was a joke. Light bulbs needed replacement, ice machines inoperable. Door to swimming pool was propped open around the clock inviting disaster if a toddler were to enter. Pillows on beds were silly. Front desk did not appear to be manned later in the evening as no one answered the bell.

Staff was very nice and accommodating

It doesn't matter what I complain about. This hotel is not interested in providing a quality hospitality service to their guests. Don't go here. Always read reviews before you make a reservation. I should have done that. Cest la vie

Found a wash rag dirty in the shower

We all loved the breakfast choices and location. Waffles was a huge favorite, as well as yogurt and fruit.

Nothing! Wish we could have stayed longer.
