I liked nothing about it I was 3 hours away from home and was trying to get some rest

The cleaning staff opened my door without even confirming I was checked out. Check out was for 12 around 10 they came around and knocked on the door I wasn't sure if it was my door or across the hall. About 5 min later they proceeded to open my door. If my lock wasn't at the top of my door they would have invated my privacy.

The breakfast was nice. But the lady that runs the kitchen was mean and rude.

The room needed cleaner carpet, the toilet was dirty. The house keeper just busted in the room and did not knock before entering. Some of the staff was rude.

Nothing, run for your life

Very dangerous area, wreaked of marijuana, front desk attendant was high as a kite, patrons with gang affiliated tattoos

Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good & a big variety

I found a condom wrapper in the sofa bed. Our original room had a mildew smell due to wet floors.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms are roomy.

There was absolutely nothing to like. I luckily didn’t stay more than an hour and half because I saw the bugs in and around the bed.

I checked in and saw two bugs in the bed. One looked like a flea and I killed it with a napkin. I looked closer and saw another very tiny, almost microscopic bug in the bed. It was so tiny, I thought it was lent until it started crawling. I’m so grateful I never got into that bed. I came downstairs to speak with the front desk attendant and another guest at the front desk said he saw six bugs in his bed. And the price was ridiculous. I paid $180 for this room and thankfully did not even get into the before I saw the bugs.

Breakfast was good.

The room smelled of mildew. The ceiling had water stains as well as the carpet. The outside appearance of the hotel was terrible. Also, the pool sides green and slimey.
