The property was close to the event center

There were massive spiders in the pool, the bathroom was not cleaned when we asked nor when we got there, the curtains were broken and on the ground.

The employee was nice and helped us switch rooms.

Our room door was open when we entered. The room was extremely hot and had a fan blowing near the ac unit. We went downstairs to ask what was going on and she explained it was to dry the carpet that got wet. We asked for a different room and were switched to a room where the lock was broken and we could only be let in by staff. Thankfully we were just spending one night so it was over quick.
