Sonesta Essential - Baton Rouge Airport

Breakfast was excellent.

The ice machine was broke and I had to go get ice from a gas station across the street.

The sheets was brown . Same as the towels..

It was nothing to like its filthy the staff is rude inconsiderate unprofessional always trying to over charge and which he succeeded in doing a couple of times until I start paying attention the owner and his entire family lives in the the hotel his parents doesn't speak any English he always sends his dad to guest for one reason or another and he just uses the staff key and walks right in whenever he feels like it or if you dont answer the door fast enough he walses right on in they have spiders badly which I was bitten twice on my thigh and once on the leg never asked how was I he offered to switch my rooms which he never did when I asked about it I was told to wait until the next day which apparently never came I had to go to the hospital and get them cut open and drained which hurt like hell never offered to compensate for hospital visit and treatment a couple of times had to go to the lobby to ask for tissue paper which they were out of telling me to try and hold it for 20-30min!!! Unbelievable sad sad sad bad bad bad all bad for business this hotel is a joke not for families lot of men in skirts and women selling their bodies!
