The staff were super nice, accommodating

The room had a bad smell. Smelled like dirty feet. I was advices since I had a dog that was a room they used for dogs. All maintenance did was spray something. It didn’t fix the smell. It was advertised that there was a gym, the gym was out of order. The entire gym? There was a cafe aid, that was rude to people. Acted nice to their faces but then rolled their eyes after the person turned away. I witnessed this multiple times while eating breakfast.

Not much.

The front desk staff incompetent. The room had ants.

The location was good and the bed was comfortable

The hotel looked run down, it was viably very worn and had not been updated or repaired, and the stairwell smelled like urine. In addition someone was smoking in a non-smoking room and caused the fire alarm to start going off at 3:54am.

It was actually Clean beds were very comfortable and their intercontinental breakfast. Honestly was impressive. A lot of options. And the staff are amazing. Nice anytime they saw you walk in or leave. It was good night or good morning house cleaning did their thing both nights. We really appreciate the staff if we stayed again we would stay because of the staff.

The dope fiends, and the fire alarm getting pulled at 3 o’clock in the morning when you have kids resting for a cheer competition
