That the location was very convenient.

Where do I start? First of all our room wasn’t clean at check in. We had to get a different room because it was not ready. Secondly the room that we finally check in at wasn’t that clean either. There was foul stench in the carpets and ventilation. Aside from the room, the service was very awkward. When I asked for ice on the first floor, they told me I had to go to the 3rd floor. No, problem. I go to the 3rd floor and there was no ice. So I went back down stairs and told the staff, and they told me to go on the 4th floor instead. I’m like? Then the staff had the nerve to say I could go across the street, meaning Rutters, to go get ice. I mean c’mon now.

It was very clean.

They made me pay an extra amount of money, so that if something breaks, they say they will give it back to me after 24 days, but I don't think they will give it back to me.

The Front Desk staff is OUTSTANDING. I had occasion to interact with someone on each shift - Theresa (day), Marcia (afternoon/middle) and Janelle (night). All three went out of their way to help me. - Great assets to the hotel!

I had no telephone service in my room and had to use my cell phone even to contact the front desk. So if someone from the outside nneded to reach me they coukdn't unless they knew my cell number.

No hot water while showering.
