Comfort Inn - Pocono Mountains

Bed was uncomfortable and had people fighting and loud in the next room

Not much around and very expensive restaurant on grounds but room was fine

The water was shutt off after a day of paintball for me and my sons and we couldn't shower.... also the place was filty dust and mold

The hotel has been remodeled in an average way, the new paint and surfaces are good but leaving old doors, bathroom faucets, etc.

The hotel needs to be renovated, disinfected and sterilized. The hallway carpet was so filthy that I had to cover my face with my shirt. When I got into the elevator, I gagged and almost threw up from the smell. They charged a fortune for the night because it was last minute. The room was old and dated but the bathroom and sheets were clean and water pressure in the shower was good. Will never go back again, holiday inn across the street was like the ritz in comparison.

Good location. But although we were told room would be cleaned on the third day it was never cleaned. We stayed Wednesday to Sunday. We only had 1 towel and washcloth per person and had to repeatedly ask for clean towels. The window leaked during a rainstorm and water was puddled on the floor. We reported it to desk and she just handed us towels to clean it up. Will be avoiding Comfort Inns in the future

people complaining in lobby that they have no towels no soap etc...they wanted to put me in a pet friendly room with a baby. did not stay at property canceled resevations

We stayed at this property over a weekend in June. The bathroom had a leaky faucet, the room was not clean, and we asked for another room or to cancel the rest of our stay after the first night. We were told that there was and would not be a manager on duty, so the person at the front desk could not help us with anything. They also told us that they were understaffed on the weekends, so our rooms would not be cleaned. When we asked them how we request/get clean towels and bathroom issues, the person at the desk said they did not know. We then called Expedia, they called, the office, and were told the same thing. Absolutely terrible!
