"Amazing change!"

Finally, had a really good experience all around. Food was ready, on time and person doing it had a very positive attitude. Frankly we stay overnight in Grants 8-10 times a year and had stopped going to this Best Western, because of cold breakfasts, poor service, bad attitudes, rising prices and poorly maintained facilities. All that has turned around.
