Best Western Grants Inn

The rooms were good size and fit our needs.

The parking lot was small and hard to manure our big truck.

We used to stay at the Best Western years ago and were always pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and facility. We thought we would try it again and were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of our room and the facility. Probably won't stay here again.

Fitness center is one of the nicest I've been in at a hotel. Rooms are updated and clean. Fully functioning pool & hot tob. Will stay here again when I return to Grants!

Felt like a motel

Overall clean. 3asy use of TV.

Out of some breakfast items. A little cramped in the bathroom for toileetries for two.

Stay was one of the worst stays in a long time. Room was dirty, someone else’s food left in refrigerator, ran out of hot water while bathing child, ants in beds of other family members. Made 3 trips to front desk to get room keys to open the door while kids had to wait to go to go bed.

The air conditioner was way too noisy as was the fan in the bathroom and it didn’t have a separate switch. AC interrupted our sleep

Clean, safe, friendly staff!

We have stayed at this motel several times over the past couple of years as it is halfway between our home and our vacation destination. Usually, we have great experiences. The rooms are clean, wifi is great, they are dog friendly, and breakfast is good. If you want to leave a tip for staff (and they are almost relentless about it at the front desk), you are asked to scan a QR code on a sign. We have done that in the past with no problem, but on our most recent trip, scanning the QR code redirected to a sketchy site for gaming. Even though we backed out of it, and did not enter any information, our credit card was hacked, and almost immediately we were getting alerts from our bank of suspicious charges. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL WE SCANNED THE QR CODE. We were able to block most of the suspicious charges, and are fighting others, but in the mean time, in mid-trip, our card had to be cancelled, resulting in great inconvienence. DO NOT LEAVE A TIP for the staff using the QR code posted at the front desk.
