"Good"

Shower head coming out of wall. Thin walls, could hear everything. Toilet backed up. Breakfast was awful. Tasted like cardboard toast. Eggs were old. Found piece of plastic in eggs. Just a disgusting place.

The room was fine, but with the new vinyl flooring the room felt cold & unwelcoming. The bathroom was small. The complimentary breakfast was very mediocre. Terrible coffee. I couldn’t even finish drinking it. The staff wasn’t friendly either.

"Okay bed, but a calamity of small problems."

This was a fairly new BW, but things just were not working well. The television service did not work. You could not connect to the internet initially from the room. You had to go to the main building to connect. Things like the main door to the building did not function correctly. The lock on the door to the room was poorly installed and did not work well. The pool and hot tub appeared nice, but we saw no one using them. The bed was okay. It met our needs for one night.

"Worst stop ever"

Worst hotel ever! I paid over $xxx for the night… TV was broken, couldn’t call the front desk because the phones were broke. Room was dirty and the bed so broken down, I spent the night in the chair with my gun on my chest, just incase the dozens of scary people outside my door came through it! I’m sure theses people were up to no good and dealing drugs. I would even call this a hotel. It’s a dump😳

"A decent place to stay considering the area it's in. Could use healthier breakfast choices"

Bed was comfortable. Had necessary amenities. Very convenient to gas station and to Chaco Canyon.

Did NOT enjoy having to watch FOX News!! Breakfast was disappointing - very uninspired. What happened to REAL butter? Our room floor was not well swept - felt dirty underfoot. Front desk woman upon arrival was not very friendly, but the man (the next day) was very nice!

"A good place for an overnight"

The room was comfortable. Modern furniture and floor - hard laminate rather than carpet - always a plus for cleanliness. it had a real shower stall, rather than a tub shower. Also an improvement. Conveniently located right off I-40. The breakfast was substantial as well.
