"God bless the receptionist!"

Before I start I just wanna thank and apologize to the receptionist tonight , he’s doing a great job with the cards the owner and manager dealt him , genuine guy. Pulling into the parking lot I could tell I was in for a ride, the bushes they have around the place have weeds growing out so I already knew they don’t pay attention to detail , the entrance doors need maintenance done they close and open eerie , the guy at the desk accidentally had me booked in an occupied room due to system failure so not his fault. Got to my room and could tell it wasn’t good, the sprinkler system is out of date so I assume the co2 alarms are too. The fridge has a smell to it, the night stand wasn’t properly wiped down I can still dust around the nightstand , a lightbulb was out and the drawer has some water stains. The pillows smell funky hopefully I won’t have to come back again and God Bless the receptionist who is doing his best this ain’t his fault!!

The bathroom/shower was not clean. There was other people's hair on the walls of the shower. Whole bathroom needed deep cleaned. Hotel room door didn't shut properly also.

Staff was amazing - guy working the evening of 6/18/25 was helpful and nice. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Found some clothes tags on the floor and some random strings in a bed.
