Location to restaurants and the ren fest

Staff was unprofessional. There was the lady working the front desk and every morning she would be in her pajamas and a blanket getting food from the breakfast bar. One time we locked ourselves out of the room so we asked for another key and she just seemed annoyed. The toilet in one of our rooms didn’t work and they never came to fix it. Room smelled

Horrible experience, there were roaches in the bed and all on the room , and a horrible smell. I let them know and told me they will give me a full refund but all I got was $11. Will definitely will be escalating this, don’t waste your time or money.

Safe, pretty clean, comfortable bed and the lady at the front was very nice and helpful . Great value

My room had a smoke smell to it. The bathroom floor was greasy feeling and slippery .
