Das Einzige was uns gefallen hat war die Lage des Hotels und die Größe des Zimmers!!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut überbewertet! Wir haben ein schmuddeliges, unsauberes und muffiges Zimmer bekommen! Die Ausstattung war komplett jedoch in unsauberem oder beschädigten Zustand! Der Duft in dem Hotel war extrem seltsam…. undefinierbar und unangenehm! Der Außenbereich was sehr schmuddelig für texanische Verhältnisse… im Poolbereich Unrat und KAKERLAKEN… Wir waren ein ganzes Monat im Westen und Süden der USA unterwegs und haben in einigen Motels und Hotels übernachtet….. aber sowas haben wir noch nicht gesehen!!! Uns sind nach wie vor die ganzen Bewertungen des Hotels ein Rätsel! Wir haben uns auch an Booking.com mit unserem Anliegen gewandt… jedoch ergebnislos…. haben nach wie vor kein Feedback erhalten…. schade!! Werden uns wohl zukünftig Hotels über alternative Anbieter suchen!!

Everything, elevator didn't work. It smell in the hotel bad. I had to get my room switched cause the carpet was wet in the room I was in. They only had breakfast for a day I was there the rest of the days was no breakfast. I wouldn't go back to that hotel again. They charge u for the room before u even tell them to charge it to ur card and they just give u a paper to sign without even explaining what it is. And they don't even give u a receipt when u get ur room key or check out.

Made reservations way before the date, even call to confirm and was told they see the request, it like they don’t check the information on the booking, and just give u any room they WANT.
