"Think smart on how you treat guest"

The only thing that I liked probably was the bad even though it was comfortable in the room was just gross both rooms that I moved to.

That is very loud there the rooms are dirty and the staff really is not nice.

Please dont stay at this hotel. There is a better option nearby.

I suggest you donโ€™t stay at this hotel. I booked through Booking.com, and I had already been charged on my credit card. When we arrived, the man at the front desk looked at us as if we didnโ€™t belong there and said our 3 day reservation had been canceled. He didnโ€™t help us at all or explain why. It was very late at night, and we were extremely tired after a long flight. We just needed a place to rest, so my husband ended up booking a room at this same hotel again since we had nowhere else to go. We only managed to get a few hours of rest because checkout is at 11, and around 9 a.m., a LOUD alarm went off inside the room. We had no idea why โ€” I didnโ€™t know if it was a fire alarm or something else, but it was really annoying. Then, around 10 a.m., a guy started knocking on our door like CRAZY, asking if we wanted cleaning service. I was just thinking, what is going on with this hotel?! I just wanted to rest, but it seemed impossible here. Terrible experience. If possible, stay at the Holiday Inn nearby โ€” itโ€™s bigger, and seems much better overall. By the way, it was very difficult to contact booking.comยดs customer service.
