"Just go across the street to the Hampton In"

Upon first walking in was excited to feel like renovations had taken place. New carpet, nice lobby furnishings but when you look closer in the room, this is hiding the other things not updated. The bathrooms are old and off-putting. There are rusty water stains and poorly fixed cracks on the wall and tub. The fact that the sink is outside the toilet area makes the toilet user touch the doorknob after using the toilet to wash their hands - gross. The walls are paper thin. Whenever someone flushes the toilet above or beside you, it is quite loud. The bed was comfortable, therefore the 3 star rating. There is no free breakfast and you are charged $10/day to park. Just go across the street to the Hampton Inn for breakfast, free parking and the same quality stay.

Good location close to the hotel, bistro staff was great

Front desk wasn't very welcoming, had to pay for parking when there wasn't any other choice. Would I stay here again? NO

Had to stay b/c of surgery the next day and due to approaching snowstorm. Within walking distance to hospital. Courteous staff and parking garage was convenient

Good hotel right in downtown. Good restaurant options within walking distance. Parking is $10 in the garage behind the hotel. Only issue was the entrance to the hotel is kinda hidden so I had to circle around a couple times.
