"Avoid this hotel! Worst quality ever "

Worst hotel ever. The beds were worn out and sank to the floor when you sat on it. The pillows were terrible and made out of some odd material. The towels were worn out, way undersized and were rough as sandpaper. There were spiders throughout the room and on the bathroom walls. The hotel was also the highest cost, which is shocking considering the pathetic quality. Marriott should close this property… it is ruining the Marriott brand amd not up to even the most basic standards. Avoid this hotel!

"Comfortable for a one night stay however, housekeeping and cleanliness was a concern."

Very close and convenient to the event center.

Even after showing up an hour after checkin they were servicing rooms. It took 3 different rooms before we could bring in our things to get settled?To top it off, an employee from housekeeping came to address the situation and told us the room we were originally given was clean? Yet we provided pictures of stains on the bed to the front desk representative? I felt it was very unprofessional.

I didn't know this hotel accepted pets. I had a hard time breathing and swollen eyes. They didn't have any allergy medicine that you could buy. The front desk receptionist had some in the back for employees. The room had a bad smoke chemical smell.The water pressure in the sink was almost none. However the shower was fine. I had them move me to another room. Still chemical smell but less allergies. The room next store was loud fighting you could hear everything.

"Decent value, but nothing special."

Clean comfortable beds.

They charge $10 to park your car. It’s not in a crowded area. Seemed like a money grab. No breakfast, property entry being remodeled. Property needs refreshing.

"It was fine"

I was disappointed we paid for a courtyard view and had a shipping container as out our window. We also pre paid and they said we didn’t pay and wanted us to pay again when I had the receipt. The young woman at the front desk was very rude. The night supervisor was very nice and gave us breakfast because of the service.
