The bed was super comfortable. The room and lobby were exceptionally clean. The day I was supposed to check out, I had a meeting scheduled for the afternoon and they were very accommodating with a late checkout. I never write reviews, but the reason I'm doing it now is because Antonio at the bistro was FANTASTIC! I unknowingly missed breakfast by an entire hour. Instead of telling me I was out of luck, he fired up the stove and cooked an amazing breakfast for me. A full breakfast with eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes... the whole 9 yards. Incredible customer service! Give that man a raise!

It was clean, convenient, quiet - everything I needed for the night was there.

Breakfast was not available at all, contrary to what has been announced on Booking - and confirmed by the receptionist present at our arrival. This meant that we had to walk 15 minutes to the nearest place to get a cup of tea together with a breakfast bite. The receptionist who was there in the morning pointed us to an ihop (20 minutes walk away) and did not seem to know about a Starbucks that was much closer.

Very nice decor and atmosphere. Extremely clean, well managed, and friendly staff!

The tiles in the bathroom were loose, and the courtyard was under construction.

Hello.... I'm sori i don't mean to complain. But this is horrible i need some one to call me please this is too crazy. We stayed this last weekend 2/24-2/25, they gave us 2 beds that we didnt fit in and they didnt care.

"Terrible experience "

This hotel was under renovations when we got there. They advertised pool and hot tub but failed to mention it was closed for renovations. Hotel also does not offer any kind of breakfast accommodations even though description stated breakfast was included. Hotel was dirty and staff was rude. Will not stay here again.
