"Old and worn out - rooms hot"

Room was hot. Pillows were lumpy and beds old and uncomfortable. Housekeeping never came to make up room. No complimentary food for breakfast. Had to pay for water with breakfast $4 + tax. Would not give us a cup for water. Hotel staff was polite, but overall this hotel was not what you would expect for a Marriott.

"Glad to be out of there."

Good location

Online it said the room would sleep 5 but the room only had two queens and no couch, we had to go to Walmart and buy an air up mattress. We asked for house keeping to come each day but they never showed up. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were all empty. AC did not work very well, only had two towels and beds were not comfortable. Was not worth the money.

"Sad and disgusting AVOID THIS PROPERTY"

I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy elite member for quite some time, and I have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. During the second night of our stay, we realized that someone, not us, had blown their nose in the comforter. Upon further inspection, we noticed blood stains all over the comforters and duvet covers. We brought this to the staffs attention and took the comforter and duvet off the bed and put it onto the floor as instructed by the cleaning staff. Shockingly, when we returned that night, the same, dirty comforter, and duvet cover, were placed on the bed. Laughably the cleaning staff had left a calling card, not 6 inches from one of the blood stains. When we brought this to the attention of the Bell staff, we were told that no one was on duty and we would have to make the beds ourselves if we wanted to clean sheets. To make matters worse, they had no extra comforters available, so we had to use the temporary blanket on the bed. While, we did not eat breakfast or have any meals at the hotel, during our five day stay, we did not see any staff manning the in-house Starbucks, during any of the listed open hours. When we brought these points up to the receptionist that appeared to be on duty, she informed us that it was actually past her shift and the night receptionist had not reported for his shift. She informed us that she would notify the manager, and the manager would reach out to us. The manager never reached out. When we got back to the room on our last day, the sheets that were dirty, were still on the floor. even after we informed the staff that the room was in substandard condition, they still did not clean the room. If I could give negative stars, I would, this place is a pit. You can definitely see the management does not care about this property. This is the worst Marriott property I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

"Find any other hotel"

Absolutely awful experience. Flight was delayed so they gave me a handicap accessible room. The TV does not work. The sink and tub will not drain. The sink leaks constantly. Bugs present. Just disgusting. I would recommend staying anywhere but here.

The front desk people had no clue and couldn’t find both of our rooms. There was a towel so dirty, it looked like someone wiped a filthy floor and hung it up. Dirty carpet, dusty room. The desk chair almost fell backwards.there were coffee grounds in the water reservoir of the coffee maker. Nothing worked on the TV( not connected to the hotel network, limited number of channels) IF you want breakfast- the meals are sooo expensive! $10 for oatmeal, $15 for toast!!! And the coffee was out in the lobby! Won’t stay here again!
