I didn't like how they redid the rooms. They have no pictures. They look very plain and cold. The heater was very cold. It took several hours to warm my room up, so I was freezing. The wi fi wasn't working.

Great location near the broadmoor area. However, I have been charged twice for my stay and hotels.com’s customer service has been atrocious. They charged me online and again at check in and no one caught the glitch. Not very organized.

Walls s-lettered with unknown substance, No Kleenex - empty box, partially used coffee condiment package, no new condiments, water in ice bucket from previous guest.

The property was not lit up very well, No light on the marquee. Check in was fine. The elevator was filthy and one of the beds looked like it was slept in. There was no remote for the TV so we had to go to the front desk since not one would answer the phone. The attendant was not at the front desk so we had to wait. Expedia indicated that there was a free continental breakfast, but this was not honored. The manager claimed that they could not be responsible for what it says on Expedia.

When we walked into our room, we noticed a big stain on the rug. The elevator was also dirty. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep good.

This place is trash. The beds are really old, the pillows are horrible and might as well be obsolete. The TVs are smaller than your iPad and they do not work. Poor service. Your Marriott status means nothing here as they don’t even offer a bottle of water.
