Convenient location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for price!

I was a little worried about booking here because the reviews were all hit or miss but I went ahead because it was just a one night stay. The customer service was outstanding. The women at check in were so kind and enthusiastic. The lobby and room were very clean. A lot of reviews mentioned it being outdated but I disagree. The bathroom seemed a little older but it was clean, the water pressure and temperature were good.

The night manager was so helpful. It was so busy and she was kind and patient with everyone.

I would have rated this hotel higher but for 2 things: 1) I found the bed too hard (although my husband was fine with it) and mostly 2) the young man in charge of the breakfast room was shamefully overworked. He had to take orders, run the register, make the coffee, and cook the breakfasts ALL BY HIMSELF. He was VERY good at making breakfast, but he should not have had to do everything without any help. I felt bad for him--he was clearly doing the best he could, and the food was very good, but watching him do everything without any assistance took the pleasure out of an otherwise very nice breakfast.

I liked that the gentleman who checked us in was proactive about solving my problems. He was quick, efficient, kind, and considerate. Also, the barman was very nice, and also went above and beyond to help. Overall, we've had a great experience. Also, a gentleman who was cleaning on the ground floor was very considered, caring, and kind.

Staff was very personable, attentive and timely. The overall location was in great condition, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee from the Bistro and was happy to work out in the gym.
