"Thank you Courtyard Parsippany for taking us in!"

We had a prior reservation at another hotel closeby. That hotel informed us upon arrival that due to construction, they had no room for me & my family (despite our confirmed reservation). We came to this area to get ready for an event that we were invited to in the evening. We were scrambling and thankfully upon going to Booking.com, we were able to easily book this property courtyard at PARSIPPANY. What a relief! Especially since we had just completed a 3 Hour drive, and we had an hour to get ready and dressed for the evening event. So we are grateful that this property was able to take us in considering we only booked the reservation last minute given the situation we found ourselves in.. thank you to the staff at Courtyard in Parsippany!

A/C unit is so lound.. no water pressure from shower, i can't even wash my hair, full body mirror is so narrow on closet door doesn't even stay open...... overall place need a update, there is no customer service!!!! inquire a charge and manager can''t even tell me why that he has to look in to it, never got a respond!!!! front desk lady has ababsolutely no professionalism.........

The positives first….Staff were friendly and beds were comfortable. However, the hotel is outdated and needs remodeling. One of the elevators was out of order. Overpriced for the amenities. No complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping is only offered upon request. If you need additional towels, be prepared to walk to the front desk to get them.

We checked in late and the room was pretty dirty upon arrival. But it was late so didn’t want to complain after midnight. Overall good customer service at the front desk and decent location the cleaners can use a little help.

"Very attractive hoot"

The room was attractuve, all amenities were present, the staff was friendly and attentive.

There was no microeave in the room, there was one by the ice machine.
