Overall the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s an old building in need of a major renovation.

I originally booked a king suite but upon check in I was told there was a plumbing issue and I would have to change to a king room or double queen suite. I also would have liked daily housekeeping, but only every other day cleaning was offered. As far as the experience with staff, Mohammed was very accommodative with the room selection and made switching the room and checking in sweeter than bitter. During my stay I ate at the restaurant on site. Joel and Rowan were also very accommodative and made my dining experience a perfect one. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was quite tasty, I order a glass of water and the water tasted like quality purified water though I am not sure if it was tap or bottle water. This was my second time sending guests to this hotel and it won’t the last.

Outdated hotel. No in room safe. Bathroom area too small

The staff was very professional. Mohammed, who checked us in, was especially professional, courteous, and helpful. We needed to check out early as my mother found the bed very uncomfortable.
