USThe hotel was perfect in every way. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed out three nights at the Courtyard by Marriott in Farmington, NM.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming upon arrival or during our stay. At checkout we shared a concern about a continuous beeping from a smoke detector signaling it needed a new battery. The front desk staff didn't act concerned AT ALL!!! This is a MAJOR safety issue and should be addressed ASAP. She acted unconcerned and didn't call or act as if she would have maintenance staff look into it.
Bit noise and hotel was out of water for sale.
The bistro is always great every time we’ve had dinner.
The 1st thing was one of the elevators was not working. We went out to an event got back about 2 o’clock in the morning. No one was answering. the door & key would not work. We had to practically beg somebody that was sitting in the lobby to open the door,pool hours are awful. You should have them later. You have check in at three. Also the maid came to our room knocked on the door at 9 AM and tried to open it. yelling housekeeping woke us up like I said we came in late. The beds were not comfortable at all. They were sunken in. Been used too much need to be replaced.
