Nice place to stay
It was an last minute booking. Staff were totally helpful and the room was total clean. We slept so good especially it being last minute booking.
Gates that should have been locked were broken, the court yard in the back of the hotel had little to no grass very dry. We didn't feel safe when we were in the courtyard due to the intoxicated people that were out on the river trail.

I called that morning before leaving home to check reservations. Asked if I had a room with a shower and about the pool. I have problems with my legs and getting in the pool helps me. When we arrived the pool was not working and they didn’t have my reservation. NOT HAPPY we left.
Room floor was dirty, hallways were filthy not vacuumed for the 4 days we were there. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working
USElevator needs to be better marked! While a a silly complaint - Paying for coffee! Advertising Starbucks but not letting me use my Starbucks app for the only coffee in the place. Ridiculous-don’t advertise as a Starbucks if it isn’t! The guy in front of me checking in got a voucher for something. I was not offered a voucher. The lady behind me at not starbucks had a voucher. So, you gave 2 free cups of coffee in the room but there wasn’t anything else that made me want to choose Marriott over anyone else. I will have stayed at a Hilton, Marriott and a Hampton before this trip is over. We shall see where your hotel falls at the end of the trip
