USThe property, itself was very clean & nice. The front desk staff were kind, but not adequately trained or prepared for the busy weekend. I checked in, one key didn’t work to get into room, an 1.5 hour after being in room, unpacking & used restroom, TV comes on welcoming a person who is not me. My sister went to front desk with keys to discuss issue. In the meantime, said person on TV entered room & was not happy to see me in her room. After long time, my sister came back and told me e we have to move rooms & pack up. The other individual came into the room hovering while we packed up to move rooms. The next night, after being out all day, we were unable to get into our room. Neither key worked - I went to the front where there were other guests, but no one that worked there. He finally appeared, didn’t acknowledge any of us, I asked the other guests if he was helping them, which he was. After 5 min, he looked at the other guests and said he would be back after checking their room. Still hasn’t acknowledged me. Other guests had arrived as well, which weren’t acknowledged either. Some lady came from the opposite direction asking if we’ve been helped and I said we hadn’t. She went to the back to look for the guy - to which I called out, “he’s out here now.” She came back out, she’d if he was okay, to which he stated, “I’m good,” then she ran off to the direction she came from! Again, without considering to help me or the other guests. It took me 33 min to get my keys activated!
