Nice room
When I arrived I was informed that the person who had my room decided to stay another night and my room was unavailable. There were no other rooms available. I had to search three other hotels before finding a room for the night after a long day of driving. They handled the situation poorly.
The location of this property was perfect for us especially since we were traveling with our dog. The lawn in the back needed cleaned up. Bird droppings along back side of the hotel and dog droppings in the lawn. No poop bags were available, although responsible pet owners should have had their own. Service for our room was lacking. We had to ask for clean cups and glasses and coffee refills. One day our room was not even visited by the maid service. Their tip went back in my pocket! The breakfasts were good at the Bistro. Everyone was friendly there.
USUSUSWe stayed one night. The location is right next to a couple breakfast restaurants and the river walk. The room wasn't as clean as most of the Marriott hotels. Bathroom was dirty. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Staff were friendly. WIFi worked well. The river walk is nice to walk along and see the wildlife and Ankmas river flowing. We drove by some other hotels in the area, and some were pretty sketchy.
Good place to stay. I am glad the pool is now open.
Everything was great except the hot tub was out of service. We bought the add-on breakfast at the bistro. Day 1 breakfast was pretty good. Day 2 I the brioche French toast to go and they burned 2 slices and served them on the bottom. Was pretty disappointed. But overall the hotel is clean and the staff is really great to work with.
The trip to NM was just wonderful, the hotel stay was perfectly perfect! The staff were so polite & professional. The room was very very clean. We'll definitely return:)
The hotel was okay but needs some renovations to bring it up to date. The beds were too hard and made sleeping very difficult.
