The staff, the easy access to the highway, the food.

A little bit old for a 4 star hotel, need some improvement for the overall look.

Perfect location on the way to Croatia / Italy , quite room, good sauna, gym and breakfast!

Check in process was horrible! It took 25 minutes to check in …

Great location . Good sized rooms and value for money

cleanliness of the hotel, cleanliness of the room, bed mattress, helpful staff, hotel location, spacious and secure parking lot

very long check-in at the reception despite online check-in in advance, extremely hot in the room as the air conditioning was not working, windows were locked and couldn’t be opened – no fresh air, very uncomfortable, pillows were very bad and there was no option to replace them, breakfast – the food that was supposed to be hot was almost cold, which bothered us, especially since we were the first to enter at 6:30 AM, but otherwise the breakfast was very varied and everyone can find something to their taste.

The room was clean, it was close to highway, so it’s perfect if you are in transit. The breakfast was good, but the food could have a little more options. What i appreciated was that they have free lactose milk option.
