Ramada by Wyndham Graz

We had a lovely family stay at Hotel Ramada Graz. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was convenient—just a short drive from Graz—and there were plenty of parking spots available. We especially appreciated the EV charging options, including two very fast chargers. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the service throughout our stay was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The parking fees costs 12 per day, but I knew upfront.

Vi havde to dages ophold i Premstätten - da vi skulle deltage i en udstilling. Ramada er et rart hotel - hvor der dog ikke er megen plads i receptionen, hvilket kan være en udfordring når der er mange mennesker (og hunde) - vores værelset var stor og rummeligt - et kæmpe værelse med alt hvad vi behøvede. personalet var venligt og imødekommende - hvis vi skal til Premstätten igen kommer vi tilbage til dette hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night as a stopover, and for the price, it was a convenient option given its location on the highway, making it easy to continue our journey.

However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the staff’s attitude. While the reception staff were fine, the lady at the breakfast area was particularly rude and unhelpful. She seemed frustrated that we didn’t speak German, which is quite surprising for a hotel, as one would expect English to be commonly spoken. The breakfast itself was underwhelming, with a poor selection and a noticeable lack of freshness. The omelet station was especially disappointing—they asked if we wanted an omelet, only to reheat a pre-made one instead of making it fresh. Overall, if you need a quick and affordable place to stay for a night, the location is convenient. But don’t expect great service or a good breakfast.
